The Green Marketing Company is the marketing and promotional branch of The BIOS Organization. We are a social, mission-driven organization, dedicated to promoting all that is green, healthy, holistic, organic, sustainable and energy efficient. Our goal is to help people do well by doing good things. We aim to accomplish missions that are environmentally, socially and financially beneficial. Rather than maximizing shareholder profits, the main aim of BIOS is to generate profit to further our social and/or environmental goals. Building deep bonds of trust and respect from customers, employees, investors and suppliers will provide consistent returns and increased brand loyalty. The profit from BIOS will go toward supporting social programs, such as affordable housing, organic farming, alternative energy, education and research, to name a few. We are currently searching for office space in the greater New Milford area of Connecticut.
Founder Steve Schappert has been featured on TV and radio more than 20 times in the last year, and Comcast now offers his story On-Demand under the title “Green Scenes.” Steve taught a master’s class at Yale Peabody on his green living philosophy, a class on sustainable business practices at Gateway College, and was the green building speaker at the national real estate convention in 2007. Over the years Steve’s businesses have been featured in international trade publications for customer service and recommended by Woman’s Day Magazine.
With his years of expertise in green marketing, Steve can teach you how to make your business stand out in a crowded market place. The Green Marketing Company is structured with partners, associates and affiliates similar to a small law firm or accounting practice. We are recruiting Sales leaders in every country and every state. Those leaders will be granted an exclusive territory, and everyone else that sells in that market will contribute to their profit share. Everyone has a partial ownership in the organization. We are a division of The BIOS Organization LLC., promoting green products and services with research, development, education and entertainment. Providing both accounting and marketing services allows us to help you with inventory control, track your budget and demand accountability from the dollars spent.
Our corporate headquarters, a 15,000 sf green living expo and conference center called The BIOS Center, lost its financing back on 2008. At that time our main source of income was real estate development. We closed the construction loan for a $3.6 million project, had approval for another 9 million, and a letter of intent for a $69 million project. Total of all projects on the drawing board was $1.3 billion. Our short term goal is to reestablish a baseline income for the organization and get The BIOS Center back on track.
The organization was founded by Stephen E. Schappert in the spring of 2011.

The company will focus on Green or environmentally friendly methods to market our clients and assist them in promoting the green side of their business. I am a devout green guy and I can teach you how to Go Green and $ave Green. I have been developing a sustainability report that will help you positively impact people, the planet and profits, the triple bottom line. We will help you determine the most cost effective ways to invest these new profits in marketing that promotes the good things you do.
